Apple oznámila 15 miliard stažených aplikací z App Store

Přes 200 milionů iPhone, iPad a iPod uživatelů si z App Store stáhlo již přes 15 miliard aplikací. Na výběr mají z více než 425 000 aplikací, přes sto tisíc z nich je určeno pro iPad.

“In just three years, the revolutionary App Store has grown to become the most exciting and successful software marketplace the world has ever seen,” uevil Philip Schiller, senior vice president Apple. “Thank you to all of our amazing developers who have filled it with over 425,000 of the coolest apps and to our over 200 million iOS users for surpassing 15 billion downloads.”

Vývojářům aplikací Apple vyplatilo přes 2.5 miliardy dolarů.
